Coaching and Somatic Work for Domestic Violence Survivors

Reclaim Your Voice. Rebuild Your Life. Return to Yourself.

After working with families in crisis and witnessing the profound impact of domestic violence, my mission is to ensure survivors always have a clear, empowering path forward. My work centers on helping you rebuild self-trust, reconnect with your inner joy and peace, and create a life grounded in clarity and authentic connection.

Leaving an abusive relationship is one of the most difficult—and most courageous—steps you will ever take. Trauma bonds blur your sense of self and distort your reality, pulling you into cycles of self-doubt, guilt, and confusion. Healing your nervous system and learning new emotional patterns is essential to reclaiming your peace, your identity, and your inner strength.

You deserve to feel grounded, confident, and deeply connected to who you truly are—and to the life you’re creating moving forward.

Working with someone you feel comfortable with and trust is essential. I offer a free 30-minute consultation so you can get a feel for my coaching approach and see if working together is the right fit. And if it isn’t, I’m always happy to help guide you toward someone who may be a better match for your needs.

Ways we can make a difference together...

Workshops

Trauma-informed workshops empower individuals on all levels. By combining education with embodiment practices and nervous system support, participants can learn how to manage their emotions when triggered, reduce reactivity and make thoughtful decisions that will support their growth. These workshops create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can: increase self-awareness, develop healthy coping skills, build self-trust and learn to restore balance. This comprehensive approach fosters long-term growth and recovery, enabling individuals to heal and thrive by addressing trauma at its root.

Group Coaching

Group coaching combines the power of community with comprehensive trauma-informed practices. In a supportive, collaborative environment, participants not only share experiences but also engage in practices that address the whole person body, mind, and emotions. Key benefits include:

-Reduced isolation and building a sense of belonging.

-Diverse perspectives and coping strategies that enhance personal growth.

-Shared goals, helping participants stay motivated on their journey.

-Participants feel seen, heard, and supported.

By integrating somatic principles with the strength of the group, this coaching model offers a well-rounded, empowering path to personal growth.
