Trauma-Informed Coaching
Trauma-informed coaching is a compassionate approach to personal growth that recognizes how past experiences shape your emotional responses, behaviors, and relationships. It provides a safe and supportive space to gently build awareness and develop the skills that support your healing, relationships, and overall well-being.
Somatic Work
The word “somatic” comes from the Greek word “soma,” meaning “body.”
Somatic work helps you tune into your body’s sensations, movements, and signals — a process known as interoception.
When you’ve experienced chronic stress or trauma, your nervous system can become “stuck” in protective patterns such as fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. Somatic work helps you bring awareness to those states, build tolerance for sensations, and shift toward regulation and safety.
Through guided awareness, breathwork, grounding, and gentle movement, somatic practices help you:
Recognize how your body responds to stress and triggers
Manage your emotions and regulate your nervous system
Build the capacity to stay present, even during discomfort
Cultivate a deeper sense of calm, trust, and self-awareness
Somatic work bridges the gap between body and mind, making growth a whole-body experience, strengthening your ability to show up fully for yourself and in your relationships.
